Looking for a new exciting career? Join the team at ERA Carroll Realty. Becoming a Real Estate agent is a rewarding career that puts you in the drivers seat of your success.
ERA Carroll Realty Co., Inc. has been meeting Sheridan County’s Real Estate needs since 1913 and continues to be the #1 real estate office in Northeast Wyoming. A primary source of our business is the return of satisfied customers and referrals from Buyers and Sellers who know we strive to work hard for them, their family and friends. Our agents are well trained and supported in every area.
Our office functions as a team and is well supported with 3 brokers and 8 support staff so the agents have more time to spend with thier clients.
Real estate agents work with property buyers or sellers and help them navigate the complex nature of the property market. Agents talk with clients to find out what kind of property they want and what they are willing to sell or pay, and any specific amenities they are seeking. They work with a real estate broker to find properties that suit their client’s needs.
Real estate agents often work nights and weekends, showing properties to customers, setting up open houses of properties on the market, advertising themselves and homes for sale. When the sale is pending, real estate agents work with the other party’s agent to offer and counteroffer bids on the property.
Real estate agents know the markets they work in; residential, commercial, first time home buyers, shortsales, etc.. They are able to answer client questions and concerns about things like school districts, zoning, new developments, etc.
